I found this recipe to put in the doTERRA hand wash pumps. I love making my soap this way because I can put whatever Essential Oil I want in it. Since we were all sick I put OnGuard in my pump but this next time I think I'll try Citrus Bliss or Wild Orange. This was so much fun I just had to share.
You will need:
2 Tablespoons of liquid castile soap (unscented)
1/4 Teaspoons of Fractionated Coconut oil
10 drops Essential oil of choice (I used 10 drops of OnGuard this time around)
Directions:
1. Pour castile soap and Fractionated Coconut oil into the bottle.
2. Add the Essential oil/s.
3. Slowly add water making room there is room for the pump on top
4. Put the lid on give it a light shake and you are good to go.
I LOVE the smell of OnGuard and it amazes me that with only 10 drops of OnGuard in the bottle I could still smell it every time I used the pump.

Setting up Loyalty Rewards Orders
You will want to buy all of your products through the Loyalty Rewards Order. To view and change your loyalty rewards order, go to MANAGE LRP ORDERS link, in your back office, on the left hand side of the page. You can add or remove items on the page. Because you are doing this for the business and you would like to receive commissions you will need to make sure your LRP has an on going order of 100PV you can change what you order after your order has shipped for the month, that's what I usually do. If you want the free item of the month you will need to have an LRP order that is 125PV or higher. This item sometimes may be an oil or charm or something else. They will announce what the gift will be the first of the month. I have my LRP order set for the 5th of the month. That way I can see what the free gift is to make sure I get it or some months they will have added bonuses for instance in December the deal was have an LRP order of 200PV or higher and receive a free 15ml bottle of frankincense. To Register a New Consultant

We use the oils both preventatively and to manage ailments. The Modern Essentials Book is a resource that will teach you what to do for your various health concerns. This is helpful for clearing the passage ways or when dealing with nausea. All of doTERRA's oils can be used aromatically. Internally; You can take the oils internally by placing the oil directly on the gums, under the tongue, or in a capsule.
Please remember the key to using the oils are to use LESS oil, MORE OFTEN. For example, if you are sick, you will have better results by using one drop every hour than 5 drops at a time. Your feet are always a great location to apply the oils and your body knows how to make the oils go to where they are needed. The oils are in your bloodstream within seconds and will have affects every cell in your body in minutes. If you are not seeing results with the oils then you are probably not using them often enough.
Remember, the above information is for the use of doTERRA oils only. Some oils may work better for other people so if one oil doesn't seem to work then try a different one. CAUTION: Keep out of the reach of children and stay away from eyes. Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Oils
I've had some questions asked of me recently and I wanted to answer them here as well.
Q: Are dōTERRA oils Organic?
A: dōTERRA’s CPTG® essential oils exceed industry standards. Because organic certification varies from country to country, province to province, and in the US, from state to state, it is not currently possible to acquire all oils under certified organic status. However, through the GC/MS analysis process, we are able to determine if any chemical residue exists in the essential oil, e.g., pesticides, herbicides, extenders, and solvents. With this rigorous analysis process, we are able to ensure that all CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® essential oils offered by dōTERRA are absolutely pure as nature intended and a step above organic.

My Why
I've heard recently from a couple different people that it's important to have a why in your business and even just in life. Why do I want to teach people about dōTERRA and why do I want to sell there products. This video explains very well how important it is to have a why. While I was watching this short video I was thinking about past companies I have joined and have decided why it was I failed at them. In the past I joined other sales companies because I liked their products and was mostly interested in making money, not benefiting the lives of others. I was in it to make us money.... Which didn't work.
With dōTERRA I truly want to enrich the lives of others with the power of preventative health care. The very first time I heard about dōTERRA the lady didn't talk about how to make money with dōTERRA until the very end and even then I felt no pressure to buy. I felt as if she truly cared for every one at the class and only wanted to share the product and the information she had learned. I went away from the class excited to try the oils with my family and see if they could help our issues. I was given the essential oil Wild Orange and started using that on my hands in the morning to lift my mood. Two weeks later I received my Family Physician kit and started using the oils for EVERYTHING; they became part of my morning tea, I put them in my cleaner, used them on the bottom of my kids' feet, and on ache muscles. If a family member came to me with an issue I'd say "I have an oil for that" then turn to my book on oils to find the perfect oil for their issue. My kids were having tummy issues that were resolving on their own because of the oils, my skin cleared up because of using the skin care line with the essential oils in them (also made with only good ingredients), my sister started using Lavender on her feet every night and no longer needs to use sleeping pills at night. I get giddy just talking about the oils and look forward to the next person I come across with an issue that dōTERRA oils can fix (not that I want people to have issues but that I could help them in a natural way). Or just finding someone who will let me share what I've learned this week. Tomorrow I'll be mailing my family some Breathe to help them breathe at night, I cannot wait to hear the results. Frankincense
I've watched/listened to this webinar, "Frankincense The King of Essential Oils" twice in the last 24 hours. I enjoy listening to Dr. Hill and the scientific data he provides on the essential oils.
I've made Frankincense a part of my daily ritual since I received my free bottle from dōTERRA a few weeks ago. (To get a free order your PV has to be over 200, please send me a message if you want to know more... This offer is good until the end of December) I was adding it in a capsule twice a day, but now I'm putting two drops under my tongue in the morning and at night. The taste isn't offensive as I thought it might be, and it takes less prep than filling an empty capsule. Here's what I learned from the webinar....
There are many healthy benefits of the oil:
-Skin care and skin rejuvenation
-Cell regeneration
-cold and flu like symptoms
-Joint pain and discomfort -Inflammation
-Circulation
Historical uses of the oil,and other information:
-We obtain this oil from Oman
-In India in 1868 it was commonly used for Bronchitis, Laryngitis, and Skin problems such as boils and ulcers.
-Used to improve digestion and strengthen the gums. Historically people would soak the resin in water then chew in it.
-If used by the Queens and Pharaohs and other persons of great wealth, in beautification, facial masks and cosmetics because of it's regenerative capabilities. They used to burn the frankincense and use the black coal as eye liner.
-People would use it to improve eye site and protect against infection.
-The Frankincense trail was a common trade route that would follow the coast of the red sea and extend as long as 2,400 miles with up to 6,000 camels on the trail. A common hub for the trade route was Petra.
-Once tree that produces Frankincense can live up to 100 years and can be harvested 2 to 3 times a year. Oleo Gum Resin is the name of the resin and only 6 to 7% of the essential oil is found in it.

Modern day uses of Frankincense:
-Scar tissue, ulcers and wounds

It's estimated that 95% of cancers result from Damaged DNA. The causes of Damaged DNA are free radicals, toxicity, and poor nutrition. Frankincense is made up of 70% Monoterpenes by content. Monoterpenes stimulate Apoptois (Cellular death), so when a cell becomes damaged it sends out a signal to the body (a signal to repair or destory). The Monoterpenes will destroy the cell so it doesn't have time to reproduce. Monoterpenes also increase the level of liver enzymes involved in removing carcinogenic toxins. They have been shown to interfere with cholesterol synthesis = slowing and reducing potential tumor formation. I wasn't aware of this but Cholesterol actually participates in the development of tumors in the body. Not only does Frankincense have the ability to kill the damaged DNA due to the amount of Monoterpenes but the Frankincense oil itself has the ability to repair the DNA after it's been damaged!

This is very true, yes oils can be expensive but so not as expensive as getting sick and needing modern medicine and doctors. Historical uses of the oil,and other information:
-We obtain this oil from Oman
-In India in 1868 it was commonly used for Bronchitis, Laryngitis, and Skin problems such as boils and ulcers.
-Used to improve digestion and strengthen the gums. Historically people would soak the resin in water then chew in it.
-If used by the Queens and Pharaohs and other persons of great wealth, in beautification, facial masks and cosmetics because of it's regenerative capabilities. They used to burn the frankincense and use the black coal as eye liner.
-People would use it to improve eye site and protect against infection.
-The Frankincense trail was a common trade route that would follow the coast of the red sea and extend as long as 2,400 miles with up to 6,000 camels on the trail. A common hub for the trade route was Petra.
-Once tree that produces Frankincense can live up to 100 years and can be harvested 2 to 3 times a year. Oleo Gum Resin is the name of the resin and only 6 to 7% of the essential oil is found in it.

It's estimated that 95% of cancers result from Damaged DNA. The causes of Damaged DNA are free radicals, toxicity, and poor nutrition. Frankincense is made up of 70% Monoterpenes by content. Monoterpenes stimulate Apoptois (Cellular death), so when a cell becomes damaged it sends out a signal to the body (a signal to repair or destory). The Monoterpenes will destroy the cell so it doesn't have time to reproduce. Monoterpenes also increase the level of liver enzymes involved in removing carcinogenic toxins. They have been shown to interfere with cholesterol synthesis = slowing and reducing potential tumor formation. I wasn't aware of this but Cholesterol actually participates in the development of tumors in the body. Not only does Frankincense have the ability to kill the damaged DNA due to the amount of Monoterpenes but the Frankincense oil itself has the ability to repair the DNA after it's been damaged!

This is very true, yes oils can be expensive but so not as expensive as getting sick and needing modern medicine and doctors. Why not start preventing with good nutrition and the essential oils that are so readily available. I enjoyed learning about Frankincense and feel blessed to have this Pure Essential oil in my cupboard. I love what it has done to my mood and my skin. Skin Care
I just started using dōTERRA's skin care line and love it! I'm talking about the Invigorating Scrub, Facial Cleanser, Pore Reducing Toner, Anti-Aging Moisturizer, and Tightening Serum. Leading up to this point I was dealing with an eczema type rash with a fungus around my nose and mouth. The only thing that would tone my rash down was an anti-fungal cream paired with a Hydrocortizone and this didn't even completely get rid of the rash. I've been using dōTERRA's skin care line since Christmas day and noticed a dramatic difference in my skin. I stopped using the anti-fungal and Hydrocortizone creams and only use dōTERRA's products.
I LOVE their skin care because they are free of bad ingredients like; artificial colors, artificial fragrances, parabens, and other harsh chemicals. I love the smell of the Facial Cleanser and look forward to treating my face to the products every morning and night.
